Not able to get Premium deal - no idea why

Not able to get Premium deal - no idea why

I received an e-mail about the Premium offer of 3 months for $0.99. I attempted to get this offer but received a message saying I cannot because I have taken a similar offer.

The problem is I never have taken any Spotify offers.

I've only ever used free Spotify. I have no receipts listed on my account.
