Plan - Prepaid one month Premium

Device- Nokia 5 

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System - Android

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue - I have taken 1 month premium plan and I have paid trough UPI..but after even payment has been done my spotify account is still has not yet been upgraded to premium. It is still showing free plan..I need assistance.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

Would you mind reaching out to UPI and double-checking the payment isn't pending? Asking since it might not have gone through successfully despite the fact UPI carried out the procedure. If the payment fails, the pending status will expire and the funds will be returned to you. For more information, it'd be great to check out payment troubleshooting.

Yes I checked the UPI..It's showing payment is successful but in spotify section, it is still showing my current plan is free.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. 

 

To further clarify, together with checking through the UPI services (which might appear as completed) it'd be great if you'd contact UPI and spoke with someone from Support to confirm the status of this payment. Suggesting this since the payment could still be pending despite appearing as completed in your UPI transaction history. If that's the case, the related charges should be refunded after a few days. Then, you can try subscribing again with the same or a different payment method.
