My Question or Issue

Hi Spotify Community,

I have a prepaid subscription for a year currently running. The duration of the plan is set to elapse on 1st August 2021.

There is a limited time discount running on the annual subscription. What happens if I pay for that offer? Will the duration of the second plan start from the day I make the payment or will it get queued and start once the existing plan has elapsed.

Hey @ansahana, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

The offer will just be queued to your account. After 1 August 2021, the offer for 12 months will start, so you won't lose the current subscription.
