Pago premiun estandarf y no familiar

Me han cobrado plan basico y siempre he tenido familiar. Se cobro un familiar y rige la otra semana anulando las cuentas de ahora.

 

Necesito me cobren el adicional para tener el plan familiar nuevamente urgente

My Question or Issue

Me han cobrado plan basico y siempre he tenido familiar. Se cobro un familiar y rige la otra semana anulando las cuentas de ahora.

 

Necesito me cobren el adicional para tener el plan familiar nuevamente urgente

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the Community official language.

 

If you accidentally changed your subscription from Family to Individual, you can subscribe again to Premium Family here and the change of plan will be made immediately. Since you were already charged for the individual plan, you won't receive a new charge right after you subscribe to Premium Family, just keep in mind that your next billing date will be brought forward a few days to compensate the price difference between both subscriptions.

 

On another note, remember not to send any private info publicly, such as your Spotify receipts.
