My Question or Issue

I paid for the student plan for Spotify premium with my debit card, which is around Rs.59 for a yearly subscription.  The amount was debited but I got an error on the Spotify page that my Debit Card could not be used for subscription payments. I figured that I would get my refund so I went ahead and paid a one-month Rs.66 fee via PayTM which worked. However, I still haven't received the refund. This had happened once before and I had got a refund almost immediately.
