Paid for Spotify mini, payment was completed but didn't recieve subscription

My Question or Issue

I payed for Spotify mini subscription but didn't recieve the subscription, I payed it using a different device

Hey @Tharunesh,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

If you subscribed to Premium from another device, it's possible that the account opened there was not the one you use. So first, we'd recommend double-checking your bank statement to see if the money was deducted and checking your Order history as well to make sure the payment was completed in the correct account. 

 

If you cannot see the purchase in your Order history, it's possible that the payment was made to a different account by mistake. In this case, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support so they can look for the payment and help you further.
