Ive logged out and in my account several times. The payemnt went through and I have a statement from my bank and from my email confirming that the payment was made through you guys but yet I don't have unlimited skips and I don't think I can do anything else premium wise i

Guys you should try deleting the update files from Spotify trough the google play store and download it again. It fixed the issue for me!

All facing the same issue. Subscribed for premium bt i keep getting error to go premium to gwt more skips. Pretty annoying such a poor service

I have the same issue with my family plan! and its a bad costumer service to wait for the comunity to solve your account issues, is there any way to contact support from spotify??

I also have the same problem. For some reason I can download music and listen to them ad free, but when I try to skip tracks I get the message that I'm not premium.
