Hey, 

 

I subscribed for spotify premium, the payment is already done BUT in my spotify app I am still a free user. The subsrciption is already going for 2 months but still nothing changed. 

I loged in and out a few times, checked the payments again and checked if Im in the right account. 

Can someone help me?
