My Question or Issue

 

Hi,

I paid for Spotify premium through google pay and I had to request twice because the request wasn’t sent though google pay and when it was I paid, I’ve attached the receipt, but when I went back to Spotify website, the payment was not reflected at all nor the premium status. Can someone please help me?

Welcome to the Spotify Community and thanks for posting your question here.

 

If your Premium activation payment went through but you can't spot any sign of an active Premium subscription when you access your Account overview (for example, you don't see 'Spotify Premium' under 'Your plan'), then you might be logged into the wrong Spotify account.
