My free trial is about to get expired and there's no option to select Pay with Mobile using Globe Load via Fortumo. Has that been terminated?

For Globe Subscribers:

"Standalone Spotify offers are no longer available for prepaid accounts." - Globe

So, subscribing for Spotify Premium via Globe Mobile Payment is now only available for Postpaid subscribers.
