Paying Premium > not showing in my account info

Paying Premium > not showing in my account info

Hi,

I´m trying to get rid of my Premium account, but it seems impossible.

If I check the account from my iPhone, it says I have Premium, but I can´t terminate it through phone. If I go to my Account info with my laptop, it says I´m using Free version. 

I checked my credit card and last time I´ve been billed was 30.5.2017. Whom should I contact??

Hey @jliikkanen

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
In there you can cancel if you want to, and delete your payment info.
 
Since you're an iPhone user, you need to check that your iTunes subscriptions Auto Renewal is off for Spotify.

Hola buenas tardes espero alguien me pueda ayudar lo que pasa esque hace unos dias me salio en facebook la publicidad de la promocion de 3 meses de premium por $9 y la contrate la pague con mi tarjeta pero cuando inicie secion me salio una anuncio donde decia que mis 7 dias de prueba habian comensado y que despues lo podria contratar y ahora me marco que esos 7 dias se acabaron y que necesito contratar el Premium cuando yo ya lo pague ase unos dias. Espero alguien me ayude gracias

Si recibiste por email un recibo de pago, busca alli el nombre de usuario que estas pagando.

 

Busca donde dice:

 

Nombre de usuario/ID:  xxxxxxx

Da logout en tu dispositivo y usa ese nombre de usuario para dar login.

 

Despues, entra a tu perfil del sitio web con ese nombre de usuario para ver tu status de suscripcion  y checa tus recibos de pago.

 
Si no recibiste correo de confirmacion, lo mas seguro es que el pago no se realizo. Revisar los pagos anteriores en el sitio web es una forma de corroborar eso.
