Spotify refuses to accept my card for payment

For almost 2 weeks now me and my girlfriend have been trying to pay for the spotify for premium for family and we keep getting the error oops your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Dont Don't worry no money has been charged. Try again later or use another payment methode. We dont have another payment methode and i was in a chat with an associate and my phone glitched and closed all running apps and now they won't offer me to chat again just keeps asking me to send emails

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
