Paying for Spotify in one country and using it in another (where Spotify is not available)

My question or issue

Hi there,

I am a Spotify premium user in the Netherlands (living and paying with a NL credit card). But I have some family in Slovenia, where Spotify is currently not available. I would like to understand if I upgrade to a Premium Family account if my sisters in Slovenia will be able to use it (living in Slovenia)?

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, that's not possible. All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address and in a Spotify-supported country. 🙂
