My Question or Issue

 I used Spotify in my car today. Everything worked fine.  A few hours later, when I tried to access it at home, it said I had the Free plan instead of Premium. I pay for the Premium plan - an ads, skip songs, all the perks - since August 2016.  What happened? I got no notification that there would be any change.

Now Spotify has charged my account twice and lost all my music! What the heck!
