My Question or Issue İ cancelled My Payment 22 march 2020 but last 2 month spotify contuniue to charge monthly from my mobile company. i contacted with my mobile phone company turkcell they say you dont have existed premium account on spotify but im still paying every second day in a month

If you double-checked and the Spotify payments you reported are not related to the subscription you tried to cancel, it'd be good for you to take a look at this support site article and follow the steps featured in the section More Help > Do you have more than one Premium account? to find and act on the source of these unexpected charges.

thanks for contact. but that topic its not help much bec. my account not was free trial or etc. i was use like a year. i cancelled about money problem caused covid19 . but after i get your subscirebe cancelled message i got charged 2 time after this message .

If you're 100% sure you canceled the subscription you mentioned but you're being charged regardless, then it's likely that you have another Premium account. Follow these steps to find out. If you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel.

 

If you can’t access an account, it'd be great for you to reach out here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.

İs there any way to control my phone number controll im paying with mobile payment method. if i find any account make mobile with my number i check my all email adress and i cant find any other spotify premium account. inc facebook connected account.

If you're not able to find another account that you might be charged for, and you see that the account you currently use is on the free service, we'd recommend following the steps above to get more help.

 

If you've already reached out to support via email and got an automatic message, make sure to reply to that mail so that the team will be able to help you further.

 

Keep in mind that it might take them a bit longer to reply given the current situation.
