Payment Failure

Payment Failure

Hello, 

I’ve been using Premium for Students for two months, and I tried to pay for the third month with the same exact card as the past two months and this message popped up “Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.” So then I decided to get a new card and the same exact message came up. 

Both cards are prepaid Visa cards and haven’t expired yet. I used safari on my iPhone and then used chrome on my laptop to try to use the cards to get my premium and still nothing. I’m not sure what’s wrong or what to do at this point. 

Please help!

 

Edit: I have also tried to make the payment in incognito mode. I’ve checked the balance for both cards and both have more than enough to pay for premium. Both are registered with the same country and zip code as me. Since the first card was able to pay for Spotify twice, online and recurring transactions does not seem to be a problem either.

 

Update: I contacted Spotify on twitter and they gave me an extra month of Spotify and said they will look into it. I’ll update again if the problem gets fixed.

I'm having the same issue! Seems as though Spotify must be crashing

I really hope they fix their stuff soon because these ads are killing me and I’m getting really behind on my Hulu shows haha
