Payment Taken from bank but spotify says it’s failed

 

Dear Spotify Team,

This is to inform you that the balance has been deducted from my bank account but spotify shows it’s failed.

I’m unable to use the spotify premium access.

please help me in this

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

If you’re having issues with the payment, I’d always suggest checking your Receipts page to confirm if the transaction was completed (based on your image it looks like it failed).

 

It’s also a good idea to check your bank statement or app for the status of the payment. Generally, if it shows as failed or pending, the funds should automatically return to your account—though timing will depend on your bank.

 

If the payment didn’t go through, you could also try a different payment method. Just make sure it meets the requirements outlined here.
