 Whenever I’m trying to pay with my amex card . This error showing everytime. Does Spotify accept amex card? Country Bangladesh

If you get an error message when trying to pay your Spotify subscription using an American Express card it's a good idea to try again in a private/incognito window. This ensures you'll avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.

 

In case this persists even in a private window, send us a screenshot displaying the error message you receive. Just attach the image to your next response by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue. 

 

Tip: Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.

This is the error I have been seeing every time. Also tried incognito mode. Didn’t work

Thanks for getting back to us. 

 

If you still get the error message when using an incognito browser it'd also be a good idea to try connecting to a different network and check if you experience this. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information.

 

In case you see no change after connecting to another network, try logging in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up-to-speed with any software updates available.

Reviving this topic, I am having the same issue but I live in Brazil and my credit card is issued in Brazil also.

I tried all of the things above, contacted the support of AmEx but I am still experiencing the issue.
