Ho riscontrato un problema con il pagamento per passaggio a premium. Ho provato con due carte appartenenti a due banche diverse ma da errore a entrambe.

ho provato con la navigazione in incognito.

la carta è abilitata per l’estero.

ci sono abbastanza soldi per attivare il premium.

Mi sapete aiutare.

I have encountered an issue with the upgrade payment.

I have tried with two cards belonging to two different banks but it fails both.
I tried private browsing.
the card is enabled for abroad payments.
there is enough money to activate the premium.
Can you help me?

As a first step, please make sure to follow all the relevant steps provided here.

 

You should also make sure that the cards being used are issued in the same country listed on your account profile.

Yes the card is issued in the same country. I follow all the steps.

I'd recommend using a different device for the process and simultaneously checking out the transaction with your bank.
