I can't subscribe, i'm getting the message above and i even tried another card, which both are valid and have enough balance. How do i work this out?

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try using another browser or incognito mode? Also, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown?

I tried different browsers, devices, networks and 4 different cards and it still did not work. At first i thought it was my bank but then i used my wife's card which had "SecureCode" disabled (it's like 2FA for online transactions) and it worked.

 

But, i still want to update my billing card to my personal card that has "SecureCode" enabled.
