My Question or Issue

It's a new month so as usual I get charged for my music listening, but this time I got charged but it still tells me to pay. It hasn't reflected yet. It says payment failed but It showed that i got debited for Spotify on my bank.

Hey @PapiChillo, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you let me know if you still see this message on your account page here? If so, can you check your Receipts page, and let me know if you see any recent charges that match the screenshot you sent me? You can also check your email for any information regarding your account status - sometimes when payments are made, it can be because of your banks’ guidelines, so I would also reach out to them as well to ensure that your payment card can be used for Spotify payments.

Let me know how this goes!

I got refunded earlier today and recharged so no worries everything is in order again. Thank you.
