Payment failed

Payment failed

I have a card attached to my spotify account and it has more than the amount needed to charge the card monthly yet it won't do so. And I am quite annoyed that I am going to lose my premium today because of this.

Hey @Me1203,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
