Payment method and country don't match

My Question or Issue

I recently moved from France to Belgium and I wanted to update my country in order to get Premium Duo, however I do not have a Belgian Bank account. Is there a way to update the country and use a payment method from another ?

If you permanently move to another country, you need to update your payment method to one that's issued in your new country. 

In your case, since you moved to Belgium, you'd need a payment method registered in Belgium. More information about the payment methods that can be used here.
