My Question or Issue

 Hello. I subscribed for "premium for students" on the 5.10.2018, I've sent my schedule for you and all, you verified it and said "hey, thanks, you will be charged now with 9,99 PLN instead of normal 19,99 pln". And yet I was charged 19,99pln ALL THIS TIME. Since the 5th of October, up to this day, you charged me 10pln too much every single month. Today I cancelled my subscription. I hope you won't charge me a dime from now on. So, please, explain to me, why did you lie to me? I'd like my money back.
