¿Por qué pague un plan premium Duo por Pay Pal y la palicación sigue grati?

El sábado 8 de julio 2023 pague por Pay Pal una suscripción al plan Duo pero la cuenta sigue como gratuita
mi cuentas es ***********, mi correo *********@gmail.com
Quedo pendiente ya que el pago fue realizado y no he podido utilizar la cuenta

By saying that you've paid for Premium but your account is still on free, you got us thinking that the payment you made might not be successful. You can start by taking a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for a certain month. If the payment has failed, you can try with a different payment method.

It's also a good idea to check your plan on the account page, under Your plan.

If you still are not seeing Premium on this account but you know you've activated the subscription, we'd suggest that you take a look at this article. It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us - there are steps for finding a second account in the FAQ.

If the account is set to Premium on the account page, please log out and back in as this will force a sync between the account and the device.
