My Question or Issue

My husband recently switched to Premium Duo so that I could use as well.

It my settings on the iPhone app, it says I am a registered as Premium Duo (It also confirms this on his account).

However, the bottom right corner still has the Premium ad to get me to join. When I click on that it is asking me to pay again. It will not allow me to download anything either.

When I try on a PC, again the setting say I am a Premium Duo member but it will not let me even open the Web Player, instead it is showing a pop-up asking me to subscribe to Spotify Premium.

I've tried re-installing the app, turning off my phone, and Web Player on incognito mode and nothing is working.

Help please

Hey @user-removed ,

Thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like you're logged into two different accounts on the web page and in the desktop and/or mobile app.

If you're logging in through Apple or Google, for example, try using your iCloud/Google Email address directly as well as your password instead of using those direct login buttons (or the other way around).

Let me know how it goes. 🙂

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

I tried that and it did not work for me. Although I was confirmed through email that I was now a Premium Duo member, nor my desktop nor Android phone app is refecting that. Any other suggestions?

Hey @kingsfire,

Thank you for joining the conversation.

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account by mistake. We'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we’d also recommend checking this article for more info.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.
