Premium Duo keeps asking for payment

Premium Duo keeps asking for payment

So I purchased the premium duo for my husband and I, we struggled with setting it up but finally got it, added hubby in - verified everything - works for a little bit, then out of nowhere says that he needs to pay for premium plan to continue using the features. I run the account and he is listed as a user on the account. I just don’t get it 🙃
