My Question or Issue

I have the premium duo and when I log onto Spotify and my fiancé is listening to music on his account I can't listen to the music on my playlist without it interrupting his streaming. Is there something that can fix this or what are we doing wrong?

Hey @Arwhite92, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

It sounds like you both are on the same account. When you join Premium Duo, you still have access to your own account and the other member has access to their own account. To confirm if you're on the same account as him or not, can you both go to the Settings app on the Spotify app > Account > and let me know if the usernames match on both devices?
