Hello I subscribed to the family premium plan to get the offer for the free Google Mini speaker and I have not received any information if I would be receiving it or not. Would I need to wait for another email? From Google or Spotify?

Hello @GabyOrtiz621! Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

If you registered properly for the offer, you should get an email from Spotify with a code for the promotion. If you can't find that email, you should be able to claim your free Google Home mini here.

Hello,

I am having same issues. I signed up for Premium for family account and my account is active. But I have not yet received any email for claiming google home mini. When I go to the link "link" I get error message "We're sorry but you're not able to redeem at this moment" (I am logged in my account and have premium for family active).

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. No worries though, I'll be here to help. Can you try this link instead? Also, It'd be great of you could this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device. On another note, this promotion is only available for subscribers in the USA.

When I try I see:

Any ideas?  I am in the US and just signed up for family.

It still does not work. I tried using other browser and another device. Attached screenshot of message. I am based in US and signed up for Premium for Family Plan.

Same issue here. I signed up, was told that I would be receiving an email, but never got one. Link gives the same error message.

Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately, seems like this offer is unavailable at the moment so that would explain why you're seeing this error message but no worries though, it should be back soon.
