Premium abonniert, aber nicht aktiviert / Premium features not accessible

Hallo,

ich habe Premium abonniert und dafür auch einen Beleg per Mail erhalten sowie in meinem Spotify-Account einsehbar. Leider sind bis heute keine Premium-Funktionen verfügbar und in meinen Einstellungen steht auch "free". Die verfügbaren Hilfestellungen helfen nicht. Ich nutze insbesondere das richtige Konto.

Wo liegt das Problem?

I hope you don't mind me answering in English. 

Could you head to this page and check if it says, that you have Premium Subscription?

If it says, you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.

Your first link: There in my profile settings it says "free" and offers me to upgrade to premium.

The issue could not be solved with the help of Spotify´s article you mentioned second. I am using the account named in the receipt for "Premium". Logging out and back in again does not help. Spotify did successfully charge 0,10 €. Therefore, payment should not be a problem.

Have you been charged for your Premium subscription? 

Maybe the payment hasn't gone through yet.

Following your link I find the receipt for a sum of 0,- € since I was offered three months for free.

I am very unhappy with the fact that Spotify does not allow to be adressed directly.

If you've tried Premium before, you're not eligible for that offer.

However, if that's your first time with Premium and it's not working, please use this contact form. They should be able to resolve it for you.
