Premium account but can’t get a code for the google mini

My Question or Issue

I have been a premium account holder for years and have never redeemed anything like this offer of getting a google nest mini before. My friends have been able to get the code and redeem it but I’m not even being given the option?

Could you try reserving and redeeming your Nest Mini here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, attach a screenshot of what you are seeing and I’ll take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

Hi,

I have tried this method and still had no luck. This is the message I get when I click your link. I have waited 48 hours from when I first got this message and still nothing. I also have not received an email about this offer, yet friends and family have already managed to take advantage of this without an email as well. What can I do to rectify this problem?

I am eligible (main account holder, direct debit payment, started through Spotify, no previous offer used) but still getting met with this message.
