Premium account deactivated - paid for by fido, should still be active until DEc 31st.

Premium account deactivated - paid for by fido, should still be active until DEc 31st.

My premium account seems to not longer be active.  it is paid for through my Fido account, I called them and they said I should still be receiving premium until December 31st. How do I get it reactivated?

Hey @thisisterrible,

 

Your subscription is managed by Fido, so I'd recommend reaching out to them again 🙂

I called Fido and they said in their end everything looked fine and they told me to contact Help at Spotify to have someone look into it on your end So this why I am now contactIs there someone that can look directly on my account? Fido has already done what they can.

You'll have to reach out to Fido again. Your subscription is through them, so they're the only one's who can help with subscription issues.
