Premium but no premium features?

Hey guys!

Since yesterday I have Spotify premium. The offer was "get 30 days free premium for buying premium".. So I should have 2 months premium. But I got a mail and the mail said "premium will ends 28.08.2017" so I have only one month???
And there's another problem:
I have some premium features, but not all. For example: I can play any song, I want to and haven't to shuffle. I also can download songs and play them offline. But I can skip only a few songs, after that, I have to wait half an hour. I can't skip backwards too.

Could anyone help me please?

This happened to me as well. Try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. This fixed the issue for me.

That doesn't sound good, but let's try to figure out what is going on 🙂 First, which method did you use to get the 30 day trial offer? Gift cards, for example, cannot be redeemed to claim a trial offer. You might also wish to check out this helpful support site article. 

As for the issue about having trouble with some Premium features, it sounds like it might be similar to this ongoing issue so I'd suggest checking out the solutions offered there.

Thanks! But now ( 2 weeks later) I haven't all premium features too. And I bought Spotify Premium with a paysafecard 🙂
