Hello,

I got gift as spotify premium code by Revoult. The person who send me it, lives in UK, and I created my account in Poland. My premium code doesn't work. 

What can I do in this situation ? I don't want to inform this person about this problem, it may make her bad feelings.

In order to redeem a Spotify gift card, the country where the gift card was purchased must match the country registered on your Spotify account.

In your case, your Spotify gift card was purchased in the UK, but your account is created in Poland - which explains why you're unable to use the gift card. 

For this particular case, it's best to inform the person who sent you the gift card and explain to them that the country where it was purchased must match the country registered on your Spotify account.
