Premium family subscription ineligible for Google nest offer problem

Hi. I have a UK Family Premium account. Have had it years. 

When I log in and cannot see any option for me to obtain a Google nest mini. I pay £14.99 month. When i click on the nest pic where it infers I am eligible (it says 'Get a google nest mini on us') it takes me to the subscription options page, or it takes me to a page that says I am 'ineligible' and offers me alternate packages - despite the fact I am already on the family premium package. 

I have linked my Spotify with Google Home. I have ensured my payment details are all up to date. 

Can anyone help?

Hi!
The Google Nest offer is only available in UK and in Canada. Make sure you dont have any VPN or proxy active and that the facturation address is the good one.

I am in the Uk and don't have a vpn running. The page is not generating an error, it's simply redirecting me to the subscription package options, though I am already a Premium Family subscriber. I therefor do not need to upgrade.

Earlier today when I tried, there was a link on the Spotify page for existing subscribers to click on for the deal, but it no longer appears at all.  It appears to have been removed??

If i get any errors I will screenshot them and post here.

I'd like to also say that i am having the same problem.

I have a Premium family plan (and I'm the account holder) and have done for a while now. When I goto https://www.spotify.com/uk/ (whilst logged in) and click the, 'Learn more' link it just redirects me to https://www.spotify.com/uk/premium/

Nice to see someone else having the same issue. I, however, have tried the redemption link you posted but unfortunately it didn't work for me. It came up that i was ineligible for the 4 or 5 reasons previously been stated. 

Think I will give up.
