My Question or Issue

My wife has the family premium acct.  My acct is tied to it.  I recently got online to sync music and it lost my tie to the family acct.  Wife sent me the link again to join, did that, got my offline music back, two days later same thing.  How do I solve for this permanently?

Sorry to hear your having issues connecting to your Premium for family account, but no worries - I’ll be happy to help. 

 

Could you try to send the invitation to another email address if available?
