Premium family to Premium Individual

Premium family to Premium Individual

Presently I have and pay for premium family. My daughter joined her Mom's plan, so I want to downgrade to Premium Individual. Please advise how to do this. When I try, Spotify says it is unable to change me from Family to Individual. I'm the only member of the family registered and the only who uses it.

Please follow the steps here to switch your plan. If you find any issues, could you share more details on the steps you're following and the errors you get, if any? Please make sure to provide the following details:

  • Device and operating system (e.g. MacBook Air, 10.10 OSX)
  • Spotify app version
  • Any screenshots/screen recordings that help explain or illustrate the issue
