Hey!

 

I can imagine how frustrating it is not getting the service you paid for.

 

You might have two different Spotify accounts, one subscribed to Premium and the other one still in Free. Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

 

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.

 

If you're able to find a separated individual Premium account, make sure to log in with the same details in the Spotify app.
