Premium not recognized on iphone5

My phone had a software issue so they wiped all my information at the Apple Store and rebooted the phone. When I redownloaded the Spotify app and logged in the my premium account, it says I have a 7 day free trial and none of my saved music is there. Is everything gone? I'm still paying for premium.

Usually you sign in with a username (not email address)

It sounds like you might have logged into the wrong Spotify account.

Would the username be anything other than an email address? It has always been attached to just one email.
