Premium pausado. Medio de pago, débito automático. Qué ocurre?

Tengo el servicio Premium desde hace MUCHO tiempo y de repente me aparece el servicio "en pausa" sin poder siquiera escuchar una canción. Qué ocurrió? Qué puedo hacer? No me permite sign-out/sign-up tampoco.. Me estoy fastidiando durante todo este tiempo SIN poder ponerme en contacto con uds! Necesito respuestas urgentemente o accionaré legalmente!
