My Question or Issue

I wanted to change the payment date on my family account and was advised by your online forums to cancel the premium account then set it back up again on the date I want payments to be taken. I did this but it has set payments back up on the old payment date not there and now my last bit of money has been taken over a week before I get paid. This I'd really unfair
