My Question or Issue

My friend and I are living together, but had a miscommunication issue regarding who will be the host for the premium duo. Unfortuantely we have both initiated payment for premium duo.

I am trying to cancel my payment, however it is guiding me to wait a whole month in order to start duo with someone else. I have not listened a single song under this new premium duo, and requesting a immediate cancellation for this misconduct.
