Problem with my subscription

Problem with my subscription

I've been using Spotify for about 2 years now and I love it but just recently I had to switch banks and when I went to update my card info for premium it's been giving me problems since. It says my account is premium and it took the payment from my card but it does not let skip songs or other things that it normally does and it tells me if I want more features upgrade to premium but I already have it. I've logged out and what not to try and fix it but nothing. What do I do now

We'd recommend reinstalling the app by following the steps here. Let us know how it goes.

Hi

 

I was using Spotify Premium. I dint know the last to cancel it was today and I have been charged. Is it possible for you to revert it? As I am a student and I would like to cancel this normal subscription for now. And may be later take the student plan available with you. Kindly get back to me.
