Problem with payment in account

Problem with payment in account

Hello, i'm from argentina, i'll try my best with english languaje. Some months ago, the sister of my partner, borrow his credit card to make an account, but she lose her phone and her account and she don't remember her mail or password. The problem is, the charge of her account, came in credit card receipt and we are paying for an account with no use. So, we need to know how we can stop debit from this account or cancel suscription. we called visa and they nothing can do. Thanks.

I'd recommend telling the account/credit card owner to reach out to Support so that they can look into this.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
