Problem with payments

Hello,i have a problem with the payment of my premium account.

a few weeks ago,i got a message that there was a problem with a payment,

so i went to the site to fix the problem but i couldn.t pay with my visa that’s the

card i started my account with.so i tried another Card,same problem,so i waited untill

my account was on hold or turned in free and tried again with the bouth cards, .....

same problem day after day problem with the payment. What van i do to fix this?

Hope you’re doing great!

Could you try processing payment using another browser or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try using another device or a network connection if possible.

If you’re still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please do hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
