Problem with spotify premium on my WD media player

Hi I have a spotify premium account and have done for many years However when I try and log in and use it on my WD media player it doesn't let me and says Spotify premium is required for this device.

Why is it doing this. 

Why does it not recognize I have a premium subscription?

Please help.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
