Extending premium subscription beyond three-month trial

I have subscribed to Premium in their "Three months for £9.99" trial. I want to pay now (I have birthday money burning a hole in my pocket!) for additional months once that trial is over. What's the best way to do that? Thanks in advance, Andrew

I let my subscription run out and would like to renew using the same card I was using before but it won't let me use said card. Am I now forced to completely change my payment option?
