Problema premium

Buenas noches en la aplicación despues de no abrirla en un rato me   salió un anuncio de una promoción de 3 meses por 139 y me agradó la propuesta y fui hacer el  pago en Oxxo descargue la forma de pago y fui a la tienda más cercana a realizar el pago pero es la hora en q no puedo hacer nada en mi Spotify no sé si está activa o no la verdad ya me desespero mucho 

 Ayuda por favor
