Purchased annual plan, which will renew in 6 months, but like to upgrade to duo now.

My question.

I am currently on a Premum plan that I bought as an annual subscription.  That plan shows that it renews in August 2024.  I am tryign to upgrade to Duo today, but it make it look like it will start charging me $10.99/mo today, and $14,99 in two months...rather than acknowledging that I have months left on singe premium,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

When you upgrade from Premium Individual to Premium Duo, your existing Individual time will be converted into Duo time and it shouldn't charge you immediately for the new plan.

Your next payment date will, however, be earlier than before, in order to make up for the price difference. 🙂

If you're seeing that you'll be charged today, I recommend making sure you're logged into the right account by checking your Account Overview page and you can also try upgrading again through this link.
