Pague por un paquete de 12 meses pero lo cancele durante el mes de prueba, ¿que pasara con el dinero que ya pague si cambio de plan?

Thanks for posting in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

If you've already paid for a certain Premium Individual time, switching to a Duo/Family subscription will result in this time getting shorter to reflect the price differences of the subscriptions. E.g. a Family subscription is approximately 1/3 more expensive than an Individual one. So the prepaid Individual time will result in the time shortening by 1/3. 1 year Individual will become 8 months of Family.

A similar calculation can be made for a Duo subscription as well.
